Plum kernel oil has antioxidant properties. Vita Viridi: Unrefined plum kernel oil Spivak. In matters of health

Hi all!

The warm days of Indian summer have ended and cold autumn has begun. In this review, I want to take you back to the warm plum summer and immerse you in a marzipan mood! And plum seed oil from Spivak will help me with this!

Have you already felt the warm rays of the sun and the sweet aroma of a plum garden?)

Be that as it may, I continue)

Plum pit oil from Spivak is sold in a volume of 10 ml, in a dark glass bottle, which, in turn, is in an eco-style cardboard box, inside there are complete instructions for use.

The box also contains a lot of information about the product: method of use, composition, method of preparation, expiration date, description of the effect of the oil itself, etc.

The bottle is equipped with a classic Spivak dropper. The oil seemed to me to be quite viscous, since it is difficult to extract (essential oils from Spivak with the same dropper and a more liquid consistency do not have this problem).

The color of the oil is slightly yellowish.

Why is it worth paying attention to this oil?

Well, firstly, because of its INCREDIBLY TASTY AROMAT! It is so warm, bright, rich! The aroma of sweet almond marzipan! You will definitely want to taste it! For example, I wanted it, and, in fact, I tried it. The oil tastes like almonds) I sometimes like to give myself aroma therapy: I rub a few drops of oil in my hands, make a “dome” out of my palms, and cover my face with this “dome.” I close my eyes, enjoy the aroma and relax) Oh, that smell!

I was also prompted to buy this oil by the fact that it is suitable for the delicate skin around the eyes. The oil did not cause me any negative impressions when using it on my eyelids. It is quickly absorbed, leaving the skin soft. I apply it mainly at night. By the way, the aroma of the oil promotes easy relaxation before bed)

When I run out of face creams, I always have oils in my arsenal, ready to replenish the losses) One of these oils is plum seed) The oil is quickly absorbed, the skin does not become greasy, and even becomes matte. The face becomes velvety and silky to the touch, and it smells very nice) But I decided for myself that completely oil facial care is not suitable for me. I have skin with enlarged pores and tends to be oily. I tried different oils suitable for the face - jojoba + different absolutes, green coffee oil, and almond oil. All oils, with constant use, clog my pores and cause small breakouts. Therefore, I use oils on my entire face only when I run out of creams or sometimes purely for the sake of variety.

In general, Spivak positions this oil to moisturize and nourish dry and mature skin. My skin is not like that at all, so I apply it mainly to the area around the eyes.

I also sometimes use plum kernel oil for my lips) At the same time, it’s convenient to taste it))) My lips often “dry out” and require nourishment. But, of course, solo oil cannot replace a balm; it is too light and absorbs quickly. Suitable only for additional nutrition of lips. Something like a light base for lipstick.

Plum kernel oil can also be used as a leave-in on hair ends) It leaves a light protective film. Here, as with all leave-in oils, it is important not to overdo it with the amount of oil) A few drops are enough.

In general, the oil is very versatile! I think everyone can find many, many more uses for it!)

For me, thanks to its aroma, this oil is primarily a source of aroma-pleasure and good mood!

I wish you a good mood on these autumn days!

Thank you for your attention to my short review)
