  • 950 gr. chicken wings;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of liquid honey;
  • 2-3 tbsp. spoons of red tkemali;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of kvass wort;

  • Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • A little hot ground paprika;
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation:

1. Cut the washed and dried wings into 2 parts. Using a fine grater, remove the zest from the orange and chop the garlic.

2. Add the ingredients to the meat along with dry spices, pour in honey, tkemali and kvass wort. Mix everything thoroughly so that the spices and seasonings are evenly distributed.

3. Leave to marinate without putting in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, place on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 C.

  • Granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.75 teaspoon

How to Cook Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings:

  • Mix salt, brown sugar, dry mustard and chili pepper in a bowl.

  • Coat the outside of the wings with the prepared sauce. Place in the oven for another 5 minutes until deep red. Take out the pan again, turn the wings over and brush the back side with sauce. I bake for 5 minutes. Repeat the coating, turning and baking procedure one more time.
  • Remove golden, red-brown wings from the oven. Transfer to a large platter and serve with coleslaw.

  • I take the pan out of the oven and coat them on the outside with the prepared sauce. Place in the oven for another 5 minutes until a deep red color appears. I take out the mold again, turn the wings over and grease them on the back side. I bake for 5 minutes. I repeat the procedure of coating, turning over and baking one more time.
  • I take the golden, red-brown wings out of the oven. Transfer to a large platter and serve with coleslaw.
