You can serve them with any side dish - it could be rice or mashed potatoes. When cooking, you can put not only the formed products, but also pieces of vegetables into the steaming bowl.

In order to prepare diet cutlets, you will need the following products:

  • Chicken fillet - 400-500 grams (or 1 chicken breast).
  • Onions - 1 piece.
  • Milk - half a glass.
  • White bread - 4-5 pieces.
  • Chicken egg - 1 piece.
  • Salt and spices as desired.

From the specified amount of ingredients you will get 14 cutlets.

One serving of minced chicken cutlets will contain 150 calories. Not bad, considering that this is practically pure protein - what a growing body or a man tired from work needs! Moreover, the cutlets are dietary, without a drop of oil or fat.

A photo recipe for making minced chicken cutlets is in front of you.

If we use breast, first separate the meat from the bones, cut off the films and fat, as shown in the photo.

Wash the chicken fillet under cold water and let dry on a disposable or cotton towel. The more careful you are with this process, the less watery your products will be.

Then, using a meat grinder or blender, we turn the meat into a pile of minced meat. To make steamed chicken cutlets in a slow cooker more delicate in taste, you can grind the chicken twice.

Cut off all the crusts from the white bread, pour in milk and knead the resulting mass with your fingers until smooth. It should resemble liquid porridge.

Leave it like this for 5 minutes.

Now squeeze it slightly to remove excess liquid. Do you want chicken cutlets in a slow cooker to turn out completely dietary? Then you can replace white bread with oatmeal or buckwheat flour, or do without them altogether, adding pre-boiled buckwheat or rice to the minced meat - depending on which cereal you prefer.

It is best to grate onions so that individual pieces of onion do not end up in food - few people will like such an unexpected guest in the most delicate soft cutlet!

If desired, you can finely chop the onion and lightly fry it in a frying pan with a drop of vegetable oil. To make it more convenient to distribute it, use a special silicone brush or a disposable towel.

Now we combine the minced meat, grated onion, and soaked bread together.

Beat in one egg and add salt and seasonings to taste. Turmeric, curry, garlic, rosemary, and oregano are ideal for chicken. Or you can use ready-made poultry seasonings.

We knead the mass with our hands, or you can use the services of a meat grinder to obtain a homogeneous mass, without unnecessary inclusions.

Note: in order for dietary chicken cutlets in a slow cooker to acquire bright colors, it is recommended to add a little fresh, finely chopped herbs to the minced meat. Also, if you want something juicier, you can change the recipe and add grated cheese to the minced meat (a little, 100-150 grams).

We form the diet cutlets with wet hands, placing them immediately in a container for steaming.

The recipe, of course, is very simple to follow, so you have every right to embellish it. For example, you can put a piece of cheese or ham into an already formed minced meat patty. True, in this case they will no longer be dietary.

Open the multicooker bowl and pour in about 1 cup of water. We place a bowl with cutlets on top, and select the “Steam” mode on the multicooker display. Our steamed chicken cutlets will take 25-30 minutes to cook in a slow cooker.

Note: you can also prepare a side dish for the cutlets at the same time - just pour 1 multi-cup of washed rice into the multicooker bowl, and fill with hot water so that it covers approximately one khalange of your finger. Thus, in half an hour you will get two dishes - steamed chicken cutlets in a slow cooker and aromatic fluffy rice to go with them.

We hope you enjoyed our recipe for making a healthy minced chicken lunch.

And they can be given additional juiciness and tenderness by a small piece of butter hidden in the middle during their formation.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast – 900 grams;
  • small onion;
  • spices - to taste;
  • processed cheese – 140 grams;
  • hard cheese (for example, “Poshekhonsky”) – 100 grams;
  • semolina - half a standard glass;
  • wheat flour - about a third of a glass;
  • chicken egg;
  • mayonnaise - tablespoon;
  • butter – about 40 grams.
  • Yield: 15 regular size cutlets.
  • Cooking time – 1.5 hours.

How to cook chicken cutlets in a slow cooker:

Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly, remove excess moisture from it using napkins and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, remove the wrapper from the processed cheese - cut both of these ingredients into small pieces and grind together with the chicken in a meat grinder.

Beat an egg into the resulting minced meat, add spices along with mayonnaise and semolina, mix well.

You can replace semolina with breadcrumbs or a piece of soaked bread, and processed cheese with a small tuber of grated raw potatoes, cabbage or zucchini. Let the well-mixed minced meat sit for a quarter of an hour. Then mix again and form it into small cakes. Place a couple of small pieces of butter in the center of each flatbread and roll into a bun (cutlet).

Roll each cutlet in flour. As a breading, you can use crushed crackers or semolina instead of flour - whichever you prefer.

Heat a little oil in a multicooker bowl and place the cutlets in it.

Set the device to the “Baking” program with a cooking time of 35 minutes. Close the multicooker lid.

After a quarter of an hour, turn the cutlets over to the other side, sprinkle each with a small amount of grated cheese, close the device again and wait for the cooking process to complete.

Then do the same manipulations with the rest of the cutlets.

Serve chicken cutlets with any side dish.

Bon appetit!!!

Chicken cutlets with gravy in a slow cooker

You can use ready-made minced chicken, but it is better to make it yourself. You can use both white meat from the breast and red meat from the thighs. This time I prepared thigh cutlets. We separate the meat from the bones. The skin can be left to make the minced meat juicy, or you can remove it, but then it is advisable to add about 50 grams of chicken fat.

Peel carrots, potatoes, onions.

Cut them into pieces convenient for grinding in a meat grinder. And put it through a meat grinder.

Add the egg yolk to the minced meat, salt and pepper. Add some poultry seasoning if desired.

Mix the minced meat thoroughly and beat it - then the cutlets will turn out airy and tender.

Set the multicooker to the Frying mode (if there is no such option, then Baking) for 15 minutes. Place a piece of clarified butter in the bowl (you can pour a spoonful of odorless vegetable oil). While the multicooker is heating up, form cutlets and roll each one in flour. I prefer whole grain, it is healthier than regular white. After rolling the cutlet, place it in the heated oil.

Lightly fry all the cutlets on both sides, don’t even fry them, but let the crust lightly set.

Add three quarters of a glass of cold milk with cold water to a full glass, add a teaspoon with a small heap of flour in it, add a little salt and pour it in a thin stream so that it immediately heats up, pour it into the multicooker bowl with the cutlets. As soon as it boils, switch to the Simmering mode for 20-25 minutes. In the middle of cooking, you can take a peek to see if the sauce is boiling away, and if necessary, add a little water.

We take out the finished cutlets, strain the sauce through a sieve and pour it over the chicken cutlets and side dish, and the side dish for such cutlets can be very varied: pasta, rice, buckwheat. Or you can simply prepare a vegetable salad, in general, whatever you like. Bon appetit!

Steamed chicken cutlets in a slow cooker are a very tender and tasty meat dish that can be prepared for both adults and children’s diets. Cutlets are perfect for lunch, dinner and even breakfast. If you adhere to proper nutrition and watch your figure, a portion of delicious chicken cutlets will not harm your figure. This recipe uses a Moulinex CE500E32 multi-pressure cooker with a 5-liter bowl. The power of this equipment is 1000 W. If your kitchen has a different model, refer to the instructions for your kitchen appliances. The time it takes to steam the cutlets is quite short in this case. Just 10 minutes and delicious, incredibly tender cutlets will delight your family. If desired, you can add a slice of bread soaked in cream or milk, finely chopped carrots, grated cheese, mushrooms, or other vegetables to the minced meat.

Ingredients

  • minced chicken - 300 g;
  • turnip onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • dry semolina - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • table mustard – 1/2 tsp;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground pepper - to taste;
  • parsley - 5 sprigs.

Preparation

Prepare minced chicken at home using chicken fillet or other pieces of meat. Or buy minced meat from a trusted seller. Place the freshly cooled minced meat in a convenient deep bowl. Peel the garlic and onions - rinse them and dry with a paper towel. Grind the products in a meat grinder or puree in a blender. Add aromatic vegetables to the minced meat and mix well.

Add semolina. Mix well.

Add salt and ground pepper. You can use mixtures of different peppers or just one type. Add a little table mustard. You can experiment with seasonings - take your favorite mixtures. Stir.

Wash and dry parsley or other herbs. Remove any rough stems. Chop the leaves finely and add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir. To make the minced meat more dense, beat it by lifting the minced meat up with your hands and carefully throwing it onto the board or back into the bowl. Do this procedure 3-4 times. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. If you have extra time and you are not in a hurry, you can leave it for 1 hour. During this time, the grains of semolina will swell well and the consistency of the minced meat will become a full-fledged mass. This is why eggs are not used in the recipe - they are simply not needed. For a bunch of minced meat, it contains semolina.

Pour hot water into the multicooker bowl to start the cooking process faster. Place a steaming rack. The water should be 1-2 cm below the grate. Form small round pieces from the minced meat and place them on a stand. Cover tightly. Turn on the steam/meat/legumes program for 10 minutes.

Steamed chicken cutlets are ready soon.

You can serve them immediately. Enjoy your meal!
