Third way- oven drying. Do not wash or soak the berries! Place the raspberries on a baking sheet and place them in the oven, turn it on to 60 degrees and periodically adjust the temperature, lowering it to 40 degrees, then raising it to 65 degrees. When drying raspberries in the oven, you will have to control the uniformity of drying by periodically stirring the berries with a spatula so that they are not too dry and do not burn on the baking sheet. Periodically keep the oven door open at intervals of 3 - 5 times for 5 - 6 minutes per 1 hour, so that the berries are not baked. Dry raspberries from 6 to 8 ocloc'k.

The fourth method is mixed. Do not wash or soak the berries!
