  6. Now we finally mix all the ingredients: add vegetables, egg and milk dressing to the minced chicken, and finally sprinkle the dish with chopped dill.

At the end, we transfer the finely chopped potatoes into a baking dish, the bottom and walls of which we pre-grease with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Step 2: prepare the chicken fillet.


Wash the chicken fillet well under running warm water and then place it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, cartilage, films and excess fat. Next, cut the component into small pieces and immediately move it into a container with potatoes. Season the chicken with salt and chicken seasoning to taste.

Step 3: prepare the bell pepper.


We rinse the bell pepper well under running water and place it on a cutting board. Using a knife, peel the vegetable from the tail and seeds. Next, cut the component into two halves and finely chop each part into cubes. Pour the chopped pepper into a common container and proceed to preparing the carrots.

Step 4: prepare the carrots.


Use a vegetable peeler to remove the skin from the carrots and then rinse thoroughly under running warm water. Place the vegetable on a cutting board and, using a knife, chop it into cubes. Attention: The length of the pieces should be approximately the same as that of the potatoes.

Step 5: Prepare the corn.


Using a can opener, open a can of corn. Take out with a tablespoon 1/2 part from the total mass and transfer to a colander. Let the excess liquid drain from the component. Finally, pour the component into a baking dish.

Step 6: Prepare the green onions.


Wash the green onions well under running water, shake off excess liquid and place on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the feathers and pour them into a common container with other chopped ingredients. At the same time, wash half a small head of cauliflower under running warm water. Next, put it on a cutting board and divide it into inflorescences. To do this, you can use a kitchen knife.

Then move the cabbage pieces into boiling water and boil them there for 2–3 minutes. At the end, turn off the burner and transfer the chopped vegetables into a colander using a slotted spoon. Let the excess liquid drain from them and cool slightly. Now we put them into a mold with other ingredients and start preparing the dressing.

Step 9: Prepare the parsley.


Wash the parsley under running water, shake off excess liquid and place on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and pour them into an empty saucer. Attention: Adding this component is completely optional. I usually decorate the casserole with parsley just before serving it to the dinner table. But this is not important.

Step 10: prepare the dressing for the dish.


Using a knife, break the eggshells and pour the yolks and whites into a large bowl. Pour sour cream here and add salt to taste (just don’t forget that we previously added this component to the dish when we were still chopping potatoes and chicken). Using a hand whisk, beat everything well until smooth.
Now pour the grated hard cheese into the container and thoroughly mix everything again using available equipment.

Step 11: prepare casserole with chicken and vegetables.


Pour the dressing evenly over all the ingredients, and then cover the pan with food foil. Important: To prevent steam from escaping from the container, be sure to tightly secure the edges of the metal piece. Now turn on the oven and preheat it to temperature 180 degrees.
