  • Fat sour cream or cream (120-130 g);
  • Provencal mayonnaise (50 g);

Chicken fillet should be cut into small pieces or cubes, placed in a sealable microwave-safe container, add water and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes at maximum power.

During this time, we will have time to prepare all the other ingredients - wash and cut the champignons, and also grate some hard cheese.

Now take the chicken out of the microwave.

Place the chopped mushrooms on it and put it in the microwave again. Time is the same 3 minutes.
