Ground turkey makes incredibly juicy and tasty cutlets. In addition to the fact that turkey cutlets have a pleasant taste, they are also dietary. When considering the calorie content of turkey meat, it is worth noting that the breasts are considered the most dietary part, and the legs are considered the fattier part. The nutritional value of turkey meat is due to the large amount of minerals (phosphorus, magnesium, iron, selenium, etc.) and vitamins, as well as proteins.

Minced turkey cutlets - recipe

My favorite turkey cutlet recipe is the easiest one. In this case, the cutlets are fried in a small amount of oil, acquiring a golden brown crust on both sides. After frying for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, I add a little water to the pan and simmer the cutlets until cooked for another 15 minutes on the lowest heat.

What products do we need to take for cutlets:

  • turkey meat 600 grams (fillet);
  • onions 1 pc;
  • white roll or bread 300 grams;
  • garlic 3 cloves;
  • some milk;
  • 1 raw egg;
  • black pepper and salt to taste;
  • greens optional.

Grind the turkey meat through a meat grinder along with onions and garlic. Soak white bread without crusts or a roll in a small amount of milk. Add bread soaked in milk and a raw egg to the ground turkey. Mix the minced meat onto the cutlets thoroughly with your hands, add salt and ground pepper to taste, add chopped parsley or cilantro if desired.

We form delicious dietary cutlets from minced turkey with our hands and fry them in the manner described above. If you bake turkey cutlets in the oven or cook them in a double boiler, the dish will turn out even more healthy. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g turkey fillet;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 potatoes;
  • ½ tbsp boiled water;
  • salt pepper.

Peel the potatoes and onions, and grind the turkey fillet into minced meat in a meat grinder. Remove the peel from the onion, cut it into 4 parts and also pass through a meat grinder.

Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and place them in the minced meat. Sprinkle the meat mixture with pepper, salt and mix everything carefully. To make the cutlets juicy and fluffy, beat the minced meat thoroughly.

Leave the meat mixture to sit for half an hour at room temperature. Heat the vegetable oil thoroughly in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Reduce heat, cover the pan with a lid, simmer the cutlets for a couple more minutes and serve.

Diet turkey cutlets

Ingredients:

  • 500 g turkey breast;
  • 1 piece each egg and onion;
  • 200 g rice;
  • 1 bunch of greens (onion, basil, mint, parsley);
  • ¼ tbsp soy sauce;
  • spices.

Grind turkey fillet in a meat grinder. For these cutlets, to make them juicy, it is better to finely chop the onion separately and add it to the already prepared minced meat. Rinse the rice, boil in salted water and also add to the minced meat.

Chop about ¾ of the cooked greens into smaller pieces. Add herbs, salt and pepper to the minced rice. Make cutlets.

To prepare the sauce, heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. While the oil is heating, grate the carrots. Place it in a frying pan and pour soy sauce into it.

After a couple of minutes, place the cutlets in the pan and fry them on both sides until cooked.

Making cutlets using sesame seeds

Ingredients:

  • 500 g turkey meat;
  • 1 egg and 1 onion;
  • 3 slices of dry white bread;
  • 50 g sesame seeds;
  • salt pepper.

Grind the turkey meat through a meat grinder with onions. Cut off the crusts from white bread, cut each slice into 2 parts and soak the pieces in a small amount of warm water. Mix the bread into the minced meat.

Salt and pepper the meat mixture. Place sesame seeds in a bowl. Form the minced meat into patties and roll them thoroughly in sesame seeds.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets as usual until done.

A simple recipe for steamed cutlets

Ingredients:

  • 500 g turkey fillet;
  • 100 g parsley;
  • large head of onion;
  • ½ tsp salt.

Wash the turkey fillet, remove films, veins and cartilage. Cut the meat into pieces and place in a bowl.

Wash the parsley, chop finely and place on a plate. Peel the onion and divide into 4 parts.

Place turkey meat pieces into blender bowl. Chop the meat into mince at high speed. Remove the meat mixture from the blender. Place the onion in a bowl and chop to form shavings.

Mix the minced meat with parsley and onion and salt it. Wet your hands with water and form the meat mixture into medium-sized oval patties.

Place each cutlet immediately into the steamer bowl. Place the cutlets at some distance from each other.

Turn on the steamer and set the timer for 10 minutes. Close the device with the lid. In 10 minutes. Turn the cutlets over and set the timer for another 10 minutes.

Turn off the device and open the lid. Leave the cutlets in the steamer until they have cooled slightly.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg turkey fillet;
  • 5 tbsp wheat flour;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 200 ml cream;
  • salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

Prepare the turkey fillet, cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder twice using a fine rack. Season with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a frying pan until liquid and pour in a thin stream into the minced meat. Mix everything well. Cover the bowl with the minced meat with cling film and leave the mixture to rise for 20 minutes.

Pour flour into a bowl. Use a spoon to scoop up a large amount of minced meat and roll it in flour. Give each cutlet a round shape, like meatballs.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the frying pan and put a piece of butter. Ultimately, the level of oil in the frying pan should be approximately 1 cm. Fry the cutlets over medium heat until browned on both sides.

Chopped turkey cutlets step by step

Ingredients:

  • 500 g turkey meat;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 200 ml milk;
  • 100 g black bread;
  • a bunch of dill or parsley;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a little flour;
  • pepper, salt;
  • spices, oil.

Finely chop the turkey meat. Peel the onion and garlic and puree in a blender until small pieces are obtained.

Break the bread into pieces, place in a bowl and pour in milk. Leave the pieces to soak for a few minutes. Place turkey pieces, garlic, onion, and spices in a bowl.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the minced meat. Finely chop the parsley and also place it in a bowl.

Salt the meat mass and beat it thoroughly. Form cutlets and fry them in vegetable oil for 10 minutes. from each side. Place the finished cutlets on a plate and let them sit for 5 minutes. and serve to the table.

Ingredients for cutlets:

  • 600 g ground turkey;
  • 50 g milk;
  • 1 piece of white bread;
  • 1 piece each of eggs, potatoes, carrots and onions;
  • salt pepper;

Pour milk into a bowl and place bread in it. Squeeze the soaked piece slightly. Peel the potatoes and carrots and chop them on a medium grater.

Peel the onion and finely chop. Place all the ingredients in the defrosted minced meat, break in the egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Form cutlets from the meat mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs or flour. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker. Place the cutlets there. Set the “Baking” mode and turn on the timer for 10 minutes.

After this time, turn the cutlets over to the other side. Turn on the timer again for 10-15 minutes.

  • 400 g turkey fillet;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 quail eggs;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 100 ml milk;
  • 30 g white bread;
  • salt.

Wash the turkey fillet, cut into pieces and grind in a blender. Finely chop the onion and soak the bread in milk.

Place the minced meat in a deep bowl, add the soaked bread and onions, beat in the eggs, add salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Pour it into the minced meat and mix everything again. Grease your hands with vegetable oil and form small cutlets from the meat mass.

Grease the steamer pan with oil. Place the cutlets there and steam them for about 40 minutes. Serve the baby cutlets hot.

  • 500 g turkey meat;
  • 2 tbsp sour cream;
  • 1 head of garlic and onion;
  • salt pepper.

Wash the fillet and cut into very small pieces. Chop the onion in exactly the same way. Crush or grate the garlic.

Place onion and garlic in minced meat. Leave the meat mixture to infuse in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Grease a baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil. Form cutlets with hands moistened with water and place them close to each other on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cutlets in it for 40-45 minutes.

Cut the turkey fillet into thin slices. Divide each plate into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the herbs, crush the garlic, boil and chop the egg. Pour everything into the chopped minced meat. Add spices and salt to the meat mixture.

Form the minced meat into cutlets and fry them on both sides until browned for about 10 minutes. Garnish the finished cutlets with cut cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg turkey drumsticks;
  • 230 g white bread;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 piece each of onion and red bell pepper;
  • salt, spices;
  • sunflower and olive oil.

Cut the crust off the bread, break it into pieces and place in a blender bowl. Put a clove of garlic there and pour a little olive oil. Grind everything until crumbly.

Spread the crumbs over the surface of the baking sheet and dry in the oven. Peel, wash and puree all vegetables in a blender. Simmer the resulting mixture a little in sunflower oil and cool.

Remove the meat from the bones and turn into minced meat. Add dried crumbs, salt and seasonings to the meat mixture. Finely chop the parsley and also add to the minced meat. Beat the egg into the meat and mix everything well.

Make cakes from the minced meat. Place some vegetable puree in the center of each flatbread. Roll the flatbreads into cutlets so that the mass of vegetables is completely inside the minced meat.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cutlets on a greased baking sheet and bake them for 30-40 minutes.

Option for cutlets with zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 500 g turkey;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 egg;
  • 140 g zucchini;
  • 3 tbsp semolina;
  • 1 tbsp starch:
  • pepper, salt, spices, vegetable oil.

Peel the zucchini and onion, cut the turkey fillet into pieces. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and blend into minced meat.

Add semolina, spices, starch to the minced meat. Break the egg into it and mix everything well. If the minced meat turns out liquid, add 1 tbsp of flour to it.

Wet your hands with water and form the minced meat into cutlets, transferring them from one palm to another. Fry the cutlets in well-heated vegetable oil until browned. In order for the cutlets to cook well, it is advisable to turn them several times.

If desired, after frying, the cutlets can be additionally simmered in a small amount of water for 10-15 minutes. A good solution would also be to place the cutlets in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 5-10 minutes.
