Plastic skewers should never be used! And we simply press the edges on the sides with our fingers - the chicken fillet, especially the beaten one, has a slight stickiness, and if you do not put too much mushroom filling, then the edges will stick together perfectly.

Pour a couple of handfuls of flour into a separate plate or onto a board. Each folded and fixed roll is carefully rolled in flour on all sides.
